No used product will be accepted for refund. * Product Return Conditions: Hair Care/Cosmetics/Skin Care Products (Any products that come in contact with the skin and can not be resold - including the heated eyelash curler) No returns will be accepted on hair care or skin care products. All Other Products Any unused product that do not fall into the above categories may be returned within 15 days of purchase.  Product must be returned in original packaging with original receipt. * Shipping and Handling Fees Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. * Return Authorization Required Before returning any item for any reason, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. No returns of any type will be accepted without being preauthorized. A return authorization is required for each item returned.
